Estimadas amigas y amigos,

 

 

Me place anunciarles que el 9 de Agosto del 2013 funde mi propia empresa: Sarmiento Consulting Services, LLC (“SCS”).  Esta es una decisión que contemple por varios años y finalmente me decidí por hacerlo.  El fundar mi propia empresa ha sido un reto pero a la misma vez placentero personalmente debido a todos los temas administrativos y todo lo que conlleva el organizar y poner a funcionar una empresa seria y con bases sólidas.  Durante este tiempo también lleve a cabo la transición fuera de GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group, LLC a quienes estoy agradecido por los últimos ocho años de mi carrera.  A GR les deseo lo mejor y éxitos prolongados.  Durante las últimas semanas e inmediatamente después de ser fundada la empresa he participado en varios casos interesantes relacionados a la investigación de un fraude en un banco en Miami y la cuantificación de daños económicos en Latino América.

Sobre Javier Sarmiento - un CPA (Contador Público Certificado) con 16 años de experiencia en Contabilidad Forense y Soporte en Litigio.  Antes de fundar Sarmiento Consulting Services, LLC en Miami, trabajo en los departamentos de Contabilidad Forense y Soporte en Litigio en GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group, LLC, una firma de CPA’s en Miami, una firma tipo boutique investigativa y antes en Matson, Driscoll & Damico, LLP, una firma nacional que se especializa en contabilidad forense y contabilidad de seguros.  Javier ha tenido una experiencia significativa en el campo internacional debido a su conocimiento del idioma Español.

Dear friends,

 

I am happy to announce that on August 9, 2013 I founded Sarmiento Consulting Services, LLC (“SCS”).  It is a move that I had been contemplating for years and I finally took the plunge.   It has been a challenging but pleasant time putting together the firm with all the administrative and set up necessary to run a serious and professional organization.  I also transitioned out of GlassRatner Advisory and Capital Group, LLC who I am truly thankful for the last eight years of my career.  I wish them well and continual success.  During the last few months, I have already been involved in challenging matters related to a bank fraud investigation in Miami and quantification of damages in Latin America.
